Skirmishes are simply random encounters between two enemy players from opposing realms. Two or more players meet, and attempt to kill each other, for no particular reason or to secure any particular objective. This is the most basic form of RvR.

Obtaining kills this way will have a slight effect on the Tier power balance (Order vs Destruction)
